„Imperial“ restoranas

Located in the heart of Vilnius' Old Town, premium class restaurant “Imperial” is perhaps the only place in Lithuania famous for its ability to attract celebrities from abroad, as well as elites of the entertainment, fashion, business and political worlds. Restaurant has recently been declared a “World Luxury Restaurant Awards” winner in the Northern European & Baltics fine dining category.

True American cuisine is famous for its dishes, the recipes of which American Europeans brought from their native countries. This is how, over time, the haute cuisine of the World’s best dishes was formed. The a la carte menu includes legendary masterpieces with foie gras, fresh oysters from the coasts of France, marbled beef steaks, desserts made by “Imperial” confectioners, and other specialties. Here you will also find modern Lithuanian dishes, as well as dishes according to historian restored recipes of the cooks of Lithuanian nobles, Radvilas’ and Bona Sforza.

The interior of the restaurant was created by designers from the USA. Their ideas were implemented by Italian furniture masters and the main accents are gold-engraved wall and ceiling wicker panels, cognac-colored crystal chandeliers, “Versace” dinnerware and French crystal glasses. During the warm season, guests can enjoy the private and cozy courtyard.

“Imperial” restaurant has impeccable traditions: lunches and dinners are served only on tablecloths; waiters wear white serving gloves and guests are serviced by the Royal Protocol.
